Watch Parties For Men’s & Women’s Basketball In Las Vegas

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – Fans of New Mexico State basketball who can’t get to Las Vegas for the Western Athletic Conference Tournament will have more than a few places to see the Aggies and celebrate their successes.

Watch parties for Friday’s games will be held in Las Cruces at The Game Sports Bar and Grill at 2605 South Espina and at the Cineport 10 Theatre at 700 South Telshor.

NM State students can also enjoy a watch party at the Corbett Student Center’s new Aggie Lounge, including a Friday tailgate party at 6 p.m.

With both the Aggie women and men winning the WAC Regular Season Championship, both have earned byes to the semifinals.

The women tipoff at 1 p.m. Friday, with the men tipoff coming at 7 p.m., with the games being webstreamed by the WAC Digital Network.

With Aggie wins, WAC Championship Saturday will feature watch parties around the ESPNU telecasts.

Saturday’s games may be enjoyed at The Game, the Cineport 10, Buffalo Wild Wings at 2750 Mall Drive and Dublin’s Street Pub at 1745 University.

NM State students will have another set of watch parties at the Aggie Lounge at the Corbett Student Center.

The WAC Women’s Championship Game tips at 2 p.m., and the WAC Men’s Championship Game gets underway at 9 p.m.

Plans are also underway for a Welcome Home Aggies event on Sunday on the south side of the Pan American Center about 12:45.

Finally, NCAA Selection Show parties will be held in the Aggie Lounge for both the men and women.

All fans are encourage to join the teams to learn the pairings for continued tournament play. The men’s selection party starts at 3:30 p.m., with the show at 4 p.m. from CBS. The women’s selection party starts at 4:30 p.m., with the show at 5 p.m. from ESPN.

The events are free to attend.
